After being referred to Local Care Force by my friend, she promised me they would look after me. I was applying only a year after qualifying so was nervous but 3 years later I am happier than ever! I get the shifts when I want - in the areas I want! Also the peg feed & syringe driver training really gave me the confidence to try some new services which I now love. I couldn't be happier right now.
