After having my second child I couldn't have a standard full time job as I needed shifts to suit my childcare. I saw the Local Care Force advert which stated "flexible hours & great pay" and they did not disappoint. I get shifts to suit me and I often have to re-arrange last minute but Adam & the team are really understanding and help me out! Thank you guys!
